Enjoying rainy Sunday evening with hot black ginger tea.

Rain is still pouring down and I am enjoying my Sunday evening with a hot cup of black ginger tea. It is very nice when you take occasionally. Just up from afternoon nap which was prolonged by pouring rain and chilly weather.
We had a nice lunch today. It was chicken masala with rice and fresh tomato salad. Soon after lunch I had to attend to a customer, who gave a call for cake just when I was about to take my nap. Attended few more customers before taking my well deserved nap. I feel refreshed now after the nap and tea.
There is O D I cricket series between India and Sri Lanka going on in Sri Lanka at the moment while our test team is touring England due to play test series shortly. There is grumbling from some ex Sri lankan cricketers about India having sent second rated team to Sri Lanka. This ODI team I think is good enough to play against any international side. This has been proved by on going1st ODI being played at Colombo. They have restricted Sri Lanka to 186 for 6 in 39.3 overs so far played. They have got strong batting lineup headed by Shikhar Dhavan who is also the skipper of the side. They can silence their critics with their performance.

It's raining here too. 10th day in a row. I made mutton today for my husband and daughters for lunch.
I too took a long nap today, almost 90 minutes and I might stay up till 12.

These rains are widespread. It has covered lot of area in southern region. It is yet to reach north. Nice to know about your mutton preparation. My wife loves it but we hardly prepare it mostly because of non availability of quality stuff and it is very costly. I was also awake late yesterday. Saw a very nice movie Ghazi attack. I had missed to see it before.

@msdivkar We have mutton once or twice in a year. Husband tries to avoid red meat for health reasons.

The day is good..it drizzled for five minutes in the afternoon ..after that its back to normal hot and humid...not that pleasant one..
