I like cold beverages. But it created some issues in my health so I stopped adding ice cubes. Enjoy your day.

@prashu228 , that is very good of you, me too never drink cold drinks, colas or icy thing. Icy drinks, cold drinks harmful to our body system especially teeth.

I don't drink cold drinks. they ruin our teeth. I love my teeth. I drink normal water and seldom drinks juice, lots of sugar. I hate sugary it weakens our body system. I just drink green tea and granulated coffee with less sugs.

The temperature of cold water is very less than our body temperature....I drink normal water. Cold water is also bad for throat..

seeing people drinking iced water or something itself gives sensitivity to my teeth. Its not healthy! I prefer to drink anything warm, which is lot better than ice.
