Strict parents

What do you do if you see someone with abusive parents? How would you try to help them? I have a friend whose parents hit her because she has a boyfriend. What should I do to help her

It's better not to involve in family matters.. that too. In our country.. related to boy friend issues..

Not a lot you can do, you can report it to CPS, but I doubt there's much they'll do.
