Cell phone owners, do you have a house phone as well?

I've noticed that a lot of cell phone owners also use their cell phones as house phones. Do you? I personally have both, that way I know I'll never be without a phone, even if my cell phone dies or breaks.

I have both a cell phone and a house phone. Come to think about it, I do not know why I have both when I use my cell phone all the time, even at home.

It's me, my mom, and my little sister and we all have cellphones that way we got rid of the house phone. The only reason we kept the house phone for that long was because my brother was in prison and that was the only he could call us, but now he's out and we just use cell phones...BUT not having a house phone can cause you to go over your minutes if you don't have high enough minutes. Especially if you talk on your cell like you do your house phone (hour and a half conversations at a time)

I have a house phone and use it much more than my cell phone. Cell phones aren't as affordable as people think they are and, in many areas, still aren't reliable for 911 calls.

Same here...no house phone...just a cell phone. I see no point in having a houe phone when I am never without my cell. I do not talk on the phone a lot...so I am not worried about minutes. And it is not because I do not want to pay more for minutes, I just don't like talking on the phone. Never have. So what is the point of paying for a house phone if my cell is always with me and is never turned off?
