Today we had two unexpected guests early in the morning ...
They (2 monkeys) come visits us every year during summers..but this time they came twice.
Did they like our service that much?.
We gave them ground nuts, onion, some other food items and water to drink...they took a nap and then decided to say goodbye.
But when I took out my phone to snap a shot ....they ran away
Did they also not like to be photographed like celebrities during their leisure time
Have you ever had such stubborn guests?

That is a neighboring abandoned place.
It was a old house and many of its sister building are destroyed and it is also going to be destroyed in probably December this year to build a new house there.
It was a very cool house of old times.
Monkeys definitely are very secretive

We don't have banana trees here ...but it ate some leaves of those trees he was hoping around onto.
We also have some other visitors as we live away from main area of village which is full of vehicles running around with horns and concrete jungles
Rabbits, deer, wolves are common to visit our farms

But sadly more than 20 houses have been
built in our surrounding in last year.
The greenery is decreasing.
Previously ours was only house here...now we are getting surrounded by all sides with houses

Your home and surroundings should be announced as a chotta jungle, (small jungle) , I like the greenery around

Is it allowed to feed wild monkeys over where you are?.. Because you know, feeding animals in the wild may not be good for them.. Even feeding wild birds are discouraged here where we are...

They only visit once every year...they travel from east to west but this time they were in opposite direction and they came twice too..probably they changed their way of returning.
We give them some food and they donot approach us..they stay far away and never had they harmed anyone over these years.
They come rest for a night on our tamarind tree, eat what we give or eat leaves and next morning they leave the place...it has been their routine for many years.
They are familiar with us and the surrounding

They are not native...they are travellers
We also have the rest of the animals you mentioned...but this guest visits once every year.
Since they are wild...they could attack if we disturb them

@CuriousGab they can be dangerous too . They attack on human beings when they get irritated. I have seen many people being bitten by them. So never get close to them.

Last year we even had a rare guest cheetah...we were not allowed to go out..they killed our neighbors calf
Finally they were caught and taken back.

Monkeys are very rare ...they only come once an year..when they are traveling..as we don't have favorable environment for them.
I have seen your bird bath and it is very nice
We too have many visitors daily and they are welcomed always.
Some weaver birds built their nests on our well but this time the rain was more than usual and water reached the mouth of the nest

Monkeys are not friendly
It's better to maintain distance..
We too have many different types of birds chirping all day
We also have kept some hanging boxes for them and they do use it as their nests especially sparrows

so funny monkeys disliking a camera. I never had encountered a money only in videos and pictures. Maybe in the park, I remember now I saw them during our field trip in Zamboanga city when we visited the exiled home of Dr. Jose Rizal our national Hero. I saw many monkey climbing in the trees, so plentiful but they were not used to humans.

I once had some monkeys in my backyard, they were in the mango trees. But they were very aggressive, they broke a window with stones.

Yeah,I know.
The previous place where my aunt stayed was full of monkeys.
They daily came inside the house in groups and ask for food.
Once when I was alone on terrace and a monkey started running towards me..at that time i was only 10 yr old.I screamed and ran down...but ...it was just going somewhere not running after me
