Yawning..I might shut my eyes for a while.

It's 5:48 PM here and I can't stop yawning. I missed my afternoon nap as I was busy with something important. I thought that I will be okay missing the nap. I came here to distract myself from the urge to nap. Now it's pretty late for a nap. But I can't function well now with all the yawning. I am making silly mistakes in typing. Fo for of, yoru for your and few more...I have made those mistakes so many times And that's enough indication that I should take a break. I will just shut down my eyes lying on the couch for a while and maybe later move around house doing some chores. I hope that helps.
See you all later. Enjoy your time mylotting

@arunima25 You wake up quite early and are on the go at work. I can understand why you need that nap! If I were able to nap, 45 minutes is adequate - just enough to refresh .

@much2say 45 minutes is good enough for a nap else it would be a sleep.

@arunima25 I had a very difficult week, my husband had a heart attack on Monday. I woke up and noticed that something was wrong, we rushed to the ER. He is fine now.

I hope you could catch up with your sleep. Lack of sleep can make us cranky and unproductive.

I am very regular to my afternoon nap at 4. It's short one, 20 minutes to 45 minutes. I need that badly as I wake up at 5 and keep working non stop till afternoon.
You are right it's refreshing and some consider it to be healthy too

Since you're a regular in taking a nap, your body so requires it. That's why you're yawning.

@FaruMesh I take them because I am not able to function well in the evening without them. And now knowing the health benefits, I can proudly boast of it as a healthy practice
