Problems Water

Today my water fountain is having a problem. The water in the area of the house is all dead. I'd like to call the technician but it's late afternoon. Maybe I'll wait tomorrow. Have you ever had water failure?

Gosh, thinking about water failure.... My dormitory always have this kind of problems..... It's really disturbing you know, especially like female who has that every month.... If water fails on the week they have that..... Gosh I would be double mad.
