From bed weather to bad weather real quick

After months of scorching summer, with temperatures reaching 42C (or 107.6 F), the Philippines is officially in its rainy season.
Initially, we welcomed the rain with open arms, enjoying the coolness it brings after the punishing heat of prior months. However, it's been raining non-stop for almost five days now, flooding multiple areas in the country's capital as well as nearby cities.
Today's weather forecast predicted that the sun should show up today, but looking outside my window, I am not sure that is entirely accurate.
I am praying for better weather conditions today and hoping that everyone is safe within their homes.

I hope you will get at least 5 days of sunshine to dry out some of those areas.

I'm glad you enjoy the rain, Jason. I have very low heat tolerance since I lived in Ireland. We have a heatwave here for 1 week once a year and that's it.

Rain seems to be a problem to the Asia, the rain keeps falling for 3 days at here,it will go on for a couple days. But as long as it doesn't turn into a flood, rain is always my favorite thing in the summer

Don't worry, you will be fine even after the rain. It's just for a while

After a long period of rain last week, the sun is back and warm weather for the last two days.
