A busy weekend

Its just late evening here and I'm about to lay down and rest my mind. I have had a busy weekend this time as I have to report to work even tomorrow on Sunday. I had taken time without working on weekends since I'm always free according to the working timetable. This time I had to help a friend who was supposed to be at work since his daughter is not in good condition. I don't feel good to work on weekends especially on Sundays but I have to it this time. Have you been forced to work on weekends before?

I hope you get appropriate rest. I also wish weekends will be free of any work.

I work weekends all the time,b ut I usualy get a day off or two during the week.

Yes I have been forced to work on Sunday and I was so pissed because that's always the day for me to rest and chat with friends a little . Then that day, I was the one who had the office key and I went there early as the agreed time( 7.am) And guess what the coligues that we had agreed to meet at that time came 2hours later, they were two hours late and I was so pissed because I made a sacrifice to come to work early especially my Sunday, Sunday! Tell me if you can't be pissed by it. And they were so unapologetic! the audacity that they had!

I had a schedule where I needed to work one weekend day. My choice, so I worked Saturday. I'm sorry you needed to work the weekend. I hope your friend's daughter will be okay.
