Health Journey 2021 - July 24th

Another day has come to an end, so here I am to share how I did with food and health. Weigh in - same as yesterday. Blood sugars: Fasting - 170 Meal 1 -148 Meal 2 - 143 Meal 3 - 145 I was very frustrated that my numbers stayed in the 140's today. Not sure why either. So - what did I eat? Meal 1 ~ Protein shake - cafe latte flavor Beef stick (jerky) Meal 2 ~ 6 slices deli ham 1.5(ish) oz cheddar cheese 1 caramel cup fat bomb Meal 3 (as shown in the photo)~ Hamburger patty with cheese Keto fries - made out of almond flour, xanthan gum, and hot water. I loved them this time.... Sugar free ketchup and sugar free BBQ sauce. Snack ~ Keto brownie from Duncan Hines. - They are delicious...don't taste sugar free/low carb at all. So macros for all the deliciousness (lol)? Calories - 1,346 Protein - 95 Fat - 92 Net Carbs - 15 Sugars - 6 Water - 16ish oz (still need to work on it) Dinner was delicious, and I have more of the fry mixture prepared so I can either bake or fry more tomorrow. I use olive oil rather than bad oils...so no worries there. Anyways, what do you think of my day of eating? How did you do (if you want to share)?

Don't get discouraged. The lower numbers will come. I had some yogurt and prunes. Later on I had some leftover pizza.

I am discouraged because the weight is not dropping. Prunes? Eww! lol. Pizza sounds good though

Hello, you have to be patient because blood levels take a while to stabilize. Keep working for your health. Stay positive.
