Hi friends.
Some of you know that my life has been in transition for awhile. My family and I have experienced much grief and heartache since the loss of my husband last year. But today I want to share my joy with you. Four of my joys!
This photo was taken in April 2021. The shirt I'm wearing was a gift from my daughter.
The two biggest girls, lighter hair, are my daughter's. They were ages 8 and 4 in the picture. The dark-haired girls are my son's, ages 4 and 2.
Right before the photo was taken, the three oldest girls decided to change into dresses and fix each other's hair. Oh my, they are so young and love to pose for the camera already!
These children make me smile and laugh so much, and I am so thankful for them! I feel so blessed that both families live in my city too.
Please share something about the special children in your life!

So sorry for your loss. I'm glad to know you have your family living close by. The girls look so adorable and that T-shirt is really cute!

I have experienced grief in my life but I also understand that I have been blessed. I had my husband with me for several decades and now I have my daughters and my grandchildren.

Thank you @marguicha. I had my husband for 35 years. Life is a mix of grief and blessings for everyone.

I understand because I've not been here consistently either. Thanks so much, James.
