Sri Lanka is very famous for use of wood. Woodwork is found in many constructions. Travellers find the woodwork and tables chairs made out of one piece of wood in Hilltop restaurant in Kandy in Sri Lanka very innovative.

Isn't it surprising, that woodwork which we generally see in the mostly in colder climates is famous in Sri Lanka which is a tropical country.

Thanks Rajji in India also there is good wood work in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
