As far as “hits,” this is it for the Queen countdown. The #1 song isn’t a hit. That’s what happens when you’re a music geek: the album cuts tend to make you happier than the hits. But, anyway, for your dining and dancing pleasure, here’s the penultimate song on my list of Queen favorites. #2: Killer Queen FASTIDIOUS AND PRECISE! Have I mentioned that I love that line? There’s a great quote from Freddie in the Picky Wedia entry about this song: “You almost expect Noel Coward to sing it.” You know something? He had a point!
