Cerebral oxygenator.

Hello friends of Mylot, yesterday I was absent and it is because I did not feel very good and wanted to rest.
Due to multiple nights that I worked and studied for many years every night, I limited my sleep, which resulted in my episodes of lack of brain oxygenation.
I have taken the piglet, which is a wild herb that grows alone on the roads and people are unaware of its properties, including that of a cerebral oxygenator. In addition, its flavor is similar to that of spinach and is highly appreciated for its benefits.
Do you know any other food that helps with brain oxygenation and helps you sleep well?

@YuleimaVzla lack of brain oxygen or known as brain hypoxia can cause brain injury, stroke. The lack of oxygen is usually cause by drowning, suffocating or heart attack as per healthline med
But definitely lack of sleep or sleep deprivation can cause a lot of things too in our body

@rakski That is correct, but it also happens by forbidding yourself to sleep, as is my case and also the people who stand guard at work all night.

It's easy, almost everyone who stays up late suffers it and sometimes they confuse it with other things. The symptoms are: Heaviness in the head as if you had rocks inside. Numbness or tingling in the rear area of the but it can be on the sides. Feeling of bad mood or anxiety when this occurs, Squeaking sounds inside the head, heaviness in the eyelids.

I have no idea. So you mean this piglet is sleep inducer? Foods with melatonin can help you with sleep. Cherries, eggs they have melatonin.

Hello, insomnia and lack of brain oxygenation are not the same.
Insomnia is the inability to generate sleep.
In the lack of cerebral oxygen the person can sleep whenever he wants, but he does not do it for his own pleasure (work, Internet is faster at night, among others), so by not sleeping the appropriate hours you suffer these consequences.

@florelway That is, many people who suffer from this are mostly people who work at night such as security guards, nurses, a doctor, or people like me who have to do this because during the day I cannot for my children

One of the things that helps with a lack of oxygen in the brain is water. That is why it is vital to drink 8 glasses a day.

I'm glad you are feeling better. Melatonin is supposed to be good for sleep; but I don't know if it helps with brain oxygenation.

I think for myself that if it should help because melatonin stimulates sleep, then therefore, it should produce more oxygen for sleep. Now I come understanding everything. I think I'll be looking for melatonin this week. In the same way, it should not fall bad because melatonin is produced by the body. Thanks

@CarolDM Of course, now I don't usually stay up late, and I try to drink something for it. Thanks.

Many people who work night shifts come to suffer from this. It is not my case, but the internet is better here in the early morning and I have always had to work with the internet. For this reason I suffer these consequences.

I have heard of superfoods designed to "improve sleep", but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

WebMD lists six foods high in natural melatonin. They can help with low levels without taking supplements.
Supplements can have adverse effects.
The six foods with the highest melatonin content are cherries, goji berries, eggs, milk, fish and nuts.
I will take a supplement occasionally if I'm restless.

I don't know what goji berries are but I'll look it up. And I've heard this about eggs, I can sleep well, but I don't because I work. Then there come the consequences.
