A Banana Bread In The Oven

Earlier this morning, I made a banana bread to use 3 large old bananas.
It should be ready to take out of the oven in about one hour from now.
Now, taking a short break before doing all the dishes from the baking session, my least favorite chores when cooking or baking.

. It is moist, but I don't know if it stays moist because we eat it all fairly quickly

I never tried banana bread...
I tried banana pancakes long back..it was a disaster.... never tried anything with banana again...

I love banana bread especially with walnuts. I tried making one in the breadmaker but they turned out dry. I wonder if it is the breadmaker or I didnt do it right .

I love banana bread! I have been thinking about making zuchinni bread. I haven't had it for years. It should be cooler the next few days..and I may be without a car a day or two..so it might be a good time to make it.

Delicious! I made banana bread a lot when I was raising my kids. "Don't throw those soft, bruised bananas away! Put them in the freezer!"

@marlina There have been a lot of those this past two years.
We're tired of being home but most of our friends won't get the vaccine so I won't go see them. We drove down to the lake a few days ago but it was crowded so we turned around and came home again.(We had fun on the drive down and back but it's just not the same...)

I like banana bread and banana muffins. I have a few bananas getting overripe and today my daughter plans to make banana muffins. They are yummy!
