What kind of activity you do when feel sad/bad mood?

Whenever i feel sad or tired to myself, i'd like to go walk on the street alone and humming my favorite songs. After back to home i wash dishes because that's eases my mind for a second.
Then take a bath with warm water and started to talk to myself, "what's going on? why you feel gloomy? Ur doing good this week, let's find some funny things and eat tasty food dear".
I do eat and watching funny variety show and when i realized i'm laughing, i smile so big and give pat pat to my head.
I think it's okay to feel sad or gloomy sometimes, remind to be grateful that I still have other things to enjoy even it was a little things.

Good to know. I listen to music and go for walks too. I like to watch comedy videos too

Whenever I feel gloomy, I watch a good movie and it makes me feel relaxed or refreshed. A good movie that is nice and entertaining to watch can make us diverted from the day to day worries and frustrations and anxieties.
We are lucky because there is no scarcity of good movies. I love to watch especially the old, classic movies , especially the ones with a good story in it rather than the new modern movies which do not even have a proper story and even the acting and facial gestures are poor and weak.

I use to watch my fave videos whenever it is funny videos or gaming videos , sit in my couch and do my other pastimes like exercising :)
