The Very Thought Of This Heat

Today, I am sitting here with thoughts of dread of having to go out into this heat. But I have an appointment at 1:00 PM to see my husband. He has bad days, when he does he calls me a lot, like yesterday. So I know I really need to go. Another headache. Guess it'll be like that until the heat cools off, suppose to next week. Sure will be glad. Hope you all are having good weather day. See you all later.

It's kinda crazy that a country as geographically large as ours is all experiencing a heat wave at the same time. We have our first heat advisory of the year here in Florida. My A/C has not turned off yet since I got up early this morning, and it's not even at our peak daytime temperature yet. I sure hope we get some heavy afternoon storms to cool things off!

I’m praying that our A/C doesn’t get overworked and break. I can’t even imagine not having cool air.

@Tampa_girl7 That happened to me last summer. Thankfully, it was only down for 4 hours before it got fixed. That was 4 hours of absolute hell. LOL

We have heat advisories and an Excessive Heat Warning flashing on my phone screen right now... It's only 83F right now.
Be careful when you go to see your hubby.

@popciclecold We're in for some cooler days this week. The forecast says 80F to 83F for the next four days. Should be nice.
I hope it isn't as hot there as it has been. Be careful.

Extreme heat today, possibilities of storms. I am mowing and hanging laundry. Supposed to have cooler days starting tomorrow though. I surely hope so. I know you need to visit your husband when you can.
