The garden is Over felt gardens on McKee road in East San Jose. The Chinese cultural garden occupies about half of this park. The garden is full of examples of Chinese architecture, featuring tile roofs and other typical architecture The Plum Pavillion is accessible by the trails in the park. It is a small structure with a decorative tile roof.. It is an interesting point of interest in San Jose.
