So What's the "Correct" Way to Close This Browser?

I'm not sure of a lot of the specifics (how I downloaded this browser, etc.), but what happens is like this: before I turn off my computer, I close my browser window (sometimes by closing each individual tab, sometimes by closing all (two-or-three) of the tabs at once); when I return to the computer & open the browser, this is the window that opens ... what should I do about it?
