Do not let your stress, over stress you

A few Months ago, I have been so stress. Many sleepless nights that I've been go through. I think it is called insomnia, if I am not mistaken. My mind was uncontrolled of, like countless thought that are coming in and out. It is so hassle. So, I tried an early walking every weekdays in our neighborhood to exercise and enjoy a little bond of myself. Then, I go to beach with few of my friends to relax. We enjoy every minute of our outing.I am so happy that I got the girls whenever I needed them. We also prepare some foods and brought my guitar. We made sure to enjoy our outing. Thank God, for His wisdom and unfailing love. We had a great time.
For those people who also encountered mine, hope you will also have a good sleep. Do not let your stress, over stress you. Never gave up. Just pray and make sure to relax your mind and try also to have a bonding with your family and friends.
For those people who has an experience, you can also give me an advice. I want to hear yours. Hope we all have a great day.

My friend also used to do that. She's a coffee lover, but I gave her an advise to stop having coffee apecially when she's about to sleep.

insomnia is not good...stress is the main cause of this..be calm take rest..

Stress can adversely impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. So, whenever I am stressed, I watch a good movie or sleep.

Stress is our worst enemy and if we can tackle stress we can tackle anything and everything in life and glad you are doing great with it
