I admire your courage to say NO So brave to stand up and say I want out To say I need out You are brave to come from the heart Even though it means quitting But you are not quitting on yourself You are no longer bottling up All those feelings Not putting them back on the shelf I would surely give you a Gold Medal A Gold Medal for doing so Way to go girl Way to go No more faking those smiles No more having to put on a show. For someone I see in a tight very tight corner and I admire that bravery of her saying No More Of This .... Wishing you much sunshine and light.

Nice poem. The only person I can think this is about is Simone Biles.

its really a real coincidence. Its about a Spanish girl gymnast about the trainer and its a woman who has a really menacing demeanour about her. I thought God she reminds me of a Jane Eyre character. I was scanning the girl´s face and she is telling the truth thing is she has a whole team and all that lot against her. So I think she is very brave to stand up and say no. I saw about Simone after I wrote this and really its about situations where you are cornered and not able to get out of so easily. What I wrote applies to both men and women really having been through things and no one believing me. Nuff said.

@just4him I said at the end me and I have been through things like that where I knew if I said anything at the time no one would believe me. The psicologo sorry I can´t spell it properly in english right now said that the girl is telling the truth its the other one with the menacing bullying attitude even though she does not go for the girl directly in words she said just watching the trainer says "gave her the chills" well same as me I was getting the same impression as her so that makes two of us. Agian it can be anyone in all walks of life that gives out such treatment.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I'm sorry she went through that too. So sad to be treated that way. Yes, it can apply to anyone.

Wonderful lines...... So whom are you trying to personify?

Not wanting to say about the person personally it could refer to any girl really that has found herself in the same or similar kind of situation. Its for any girl or woman that has been put upon in any way that has to say No to such bad treatment. Also refers to any boy or man not excluding that for nothing.

@lovinangelsinstead21 with due respects girls deserve it.....I always imagine girls as strong, beautiful, innocent, kind and understanding.....but still there are some who are just the opposite

@S4mmyboy See its a limit situation that can apply to men and women. Limit meaning where I come from that you cannot cope with the situation anymore you just want out.
