Quicky..Please HElp get rid Of Janes STress

Get your minds out of that dirty gutter! I have a completely stressful day ahead of me and all my usual tricks are either washed up in the laundry and stuck in someones dryer on the other side of the world or my simple 40 year old usually sharp Jane brain has simply left on vacation to a fabulous all inclusive paid trip to a beautiful beach that only I can attend with a private bartender and just maybe a special guest. Okay getting off topic here ladies and gents, Stress , how do you deal with it? I need real concrete ideas! This time no fancy red dress with poof underneath and cocktail in hand is going to fix this. Class starts in 15 mins .. Yess 40 year old me went back to school.. DressedupNoplacetoGo is a 40 year old college student with this huge mound of stress on my back.. I hope to come back later to find lots of very intelligent, concrete with a tad touch of sass ideas to get rid of my useless stress. I thank you all kind souls in advance! Jane ...

Deep breathing usually helps. Finding some way to relax your mind and body.

Why did you let your sharp brain go on vacation? I have lots of good stress relieving ideas but I can't say any of them here.

Stress happens all the time and for me one way to ease stress is to listen to relaxing music . It really helps release stress. Or have an exercise routine as well that way your mind will be diverted on the exetcise .
