What do dreams really mean?

I woke up earlier because i was scared that my dream was real. In the dream, my aunt told me that i have a heart disease. It felt real. I remember dreaming about being inside a hospital and my boyfriend telling me that he won't let go of me. I almost cried, and then i woke up.
Sometimes dreams like this get really scary. Do some dreams really have a meaning in reality?

Based on what I learned from the new quantum physics, your spirit is in the other realm or world and your dream are real in that world. So, possibly you are sick in your parallel world, so you have to choose to be healthy in our world now.

Ohhhh. I see. Maybe. I've read a fiction story in wattpad about parralel universe before. Having a parallel world connected to us is kinda complicated but maybe it's real. I was just scared that my dream was real, so i just hope and pray it's not gonna be true haha!

@fujimiya3 Believe it or not, it's true that there is a parallel universe because the Universe is not only one but Multiverse. Dr. Brian Green has a better explanation about that. He is a theoretical physicist. And according to Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, he is my #1 favourite quantum physicist, he said 20 years from now we can time travel. And one way to do that is through parallel universe because there's nothing in the laws of physics that prevents us from time travelling.

Well, I actually believe that time travel is possible too. I'm fascinated by movies that present time travelling especially Marvels, have you watched Marvel movies?

Most of my dreams that could be real involve a musician who I admired doing a concert in a theatre and I was in attendance. When I went on social media the next day nine years ago, I found out that Donna Summer had passed away from lung cancer in 2012.

OMG. that's shocking! Goosebumps all over. Dreams are really confusing and scary sometimes. But in your dream, did it give you idea that that musician was sick?

Sometimes dreams are about what we talk or think about before sleep presented in a distorted manner in out dreams. People whose sixth sense are too strong can dream about future bad events.

Ohhhhh. Yes, i think i've read that somewhere before. But i hope i don't have a sixth sense so my dream doesn't happen in the future. That would be scary and sad.

i used to search for meaning of my dreams and read The Interpretation of Dreams, but i just let it go in the morning and go on with my life

Ohh. Is The Interpretation of Dreams an informative book? But yeah sometimes it's best to just not know the meaning behind those dreams and just have a peace of mind hahaha

There are some dreams that can fortell what might happen in the future. Or, they can warn you of something you're not aware of. Make a doctor's appointment to see if you have an issue with your heart. It might be warning you so you have time to do something about it.

Yeah i heard of those dreams that could foretell future too. But in my case, i think i'll just hope and pray for now that my dream will not turn into reality. Having a doctor's appointment is hard to do these days because of the Covid.

Guess i'll search for it online. But i'm only remembering little parts of my dream, i usually forget about the most important parts hahaha and yeah i have a diary so i keep track of my dreams too

I think that everything in life has a meaning for us, dreams included.
What are dreams and where do they come from, and for what purpose do they come?
Dreams are an unconscious rendering of subconscious reckonings of factualness in your life, about things you are not facing yet, and when you awaken from a dream, your conscious mind is tricked by the symbols, or language of the dream, which mean different things than what your common sense tells you.
Dreams of a heart attack, could mean that you must revisit something that you love, as at the moment it is giving you pain, because you are doing what you really do not love to be doing right now.
Heart attack, heart pain, heart disease, dreams are generally about emotions giving you pain, and are showing you that behind the heart symbol.
