My wife stitches but she is not a tailor yet, and she needs help. / myLot

My lovely wife and mother of an 18 months old daughter stitches simple pants and frocks for her daughter. She knows how to use the sewing machines but had no formal lessons on designing or cutting fabrics for clothes. She made use of the YouTube videos to cut few clothes for herself and I was very impressed. I thought may be I should help her improve her skill by finding her a good teacher. So, my dear MyLotters, kindly advise me a good online class or apps or site for designing or cutting fabrics. I will be very glad if I get one for my wife.

I am so happy to hear you have your lovely wife and she is very creative and knows how to be thrifty and do things. I am not sure about the sewing apps sorry. Is that her lovely machine?

I don't know how to sew although my mom is good at it. I can't learn from her. But I think practice makes the perfect. Your wife will do it better as time goes by.

sweet of you to find a good teacher for her. Hope you find one. I am also like you wife, I know how to use a sewing machine, but I do not know designs and patterns but I was able to make some few pieces for my daughter and me
