Depression is not a joke. Everyone can experience it. It is not just a simple "sadness".
To anyone who is experiencing this, always remember, your feelings are valid. Take a rest if you must but don't give up. Seek help if you need it. Leave social media if it just affects your mental health.
Let's take care of each other. Keep going;

YES YES YES!
Depression is often a taboo topic in Asia but we need to move on from the old thinking. We need to pay more attention to self-care and understand that feeling that way does not make you weak. Validating your own emotions and feelings make you stronger and more resilient than yesterday.
Seeking help and showing vulnerability is the strongest thing one can do for themselves.

I hate these feelings. Depression is a feeling of insecurity, fear, and anxiety. During the depression, I am helped by people close to me, but when they are not around, I can talk to a psychologist from https://www.instagram.com/calmerry_com/?hl=en I found this blog recently, there is a lot of information on how to overcome depression

Yes. It is not a joke to have this kind of feeling. I did have problems like this and I went to see a Psychiatrist to help me out and it works for me. We can still work on this.

Yes, mental health is equally important as physical health. Let's be happy and healthy and forget the negative experience that we have.

Well said. People don't understand what it's like til you've been there. I've felt low from time to time but not properly depressed. I felt bad enough so I can't imagine what it must be like for those who are properly depressed.
