Broke My Bifocal Glasses

Last week, I broke my bifocal glasses, lucky for me I had a few pairs of cheap glasses that I keep in some of the rooms.
I only need the glasses for seeing close because I had 2 cataract surgeries a few years ago.
Until then, I never had any problem from seeing close, so it bugs me a lot that it turned out that way.

@marlina I did not realize that.
I will be having that surgery one day if I live that long..the eye doc told me I had the beginnings of them and that it would be about 10 yrs to get the surgery. That was 5 yrs ago.

I see a little better after my cataract surgery. Hubs sees a lot better. I have trouble seeing things close up unless there is a lot of light.

@marlina No. I see fine close up without my glasses. In fact, I have to take my glasses off when I'm on the computer or reading. There just has to be enough light.

it's good that you have some sort of glasses until you repair those.

Oh no! Mine is broken too because my beloved dog took a liking to it and started biting it while I was sleeping.

Once I lost a pair of glasses and "found" them when I sat on them.
