Weight Loss Journey 2021 - August 5th

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I finished my day of eating for August 5th, and am here to share how I did. Wasn't horrible, but not the best either. Weigh in - I went up 1.2 pounds after having carbs yesterday. Blood sugars - Fasting - 288 Meal 1 -- Meal 2 - 173 Meal 3 - 167 Glad the numbers went down throughout the day, but don't like ending the day at 167. That makes me think I will see 230's in the A.M. We'll see if I am correct tomorrow. What did I eat today? Meal 1 -- 3 oz deli turkey, 1 mozz cheese stick, 1 colby jack snack cheese Snack -- Lily's peanut butter cups Had a coffee with half of a premier protein shake before meal #2. Meal 2 -- 1/4 pound beef hot dog (from Costco) with a sauce made of mayo, s.f. ketchup and mustard (it's good) Snack - I did have 1 regular kind of cookie (12 carbs) Meal 3 - I had another coffee with the rest of the protein shake and a pizza wrap (low carb tortilla, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese). Didn't have anything after that meal. So, macros for everything? Calories - 1,520 Protein - 98 (26%) Fat - 110 (65%) Net carbs - 31 (9%) Sugars - 13 Steps ~ around 3,500 Had I not had the cookie my carbs would be a little better....but they still weren't horrible. Doing Keto though the carbs are supposed to be 5% of the daily calories. I also need to find a different kind of wrap for tacos, pizza wraps, etc... Adding that to the list of recipes to find for a version I will like and can add to my diet. - Wraps -Bread -Noodles What do you all think? Good day? How did you do (if you'd like to share)?

You're still trying, which is good. I had a Meals on Wheels -- turkey on rye, coleslaw and fruit cocktail...Oh! and a juice box.

Well today was half low carb/half carbs. We'll see how the numbers are tomorrow. I don't think I would like meals on wheels too much! Hope you enjoyed all of that

Went back to the fair, so had a carby dinner. Rest of the day was low carb though

yesterday i ate french toast for breakfast (like one slice of bread) and macaroni and chicken (one plate) and some chips. also drank three coffees and ate two mini 7 days croisants. that's it
