Who doesn't know aloe or aloe vera. Aloe vera is gel from the leaves of aloe plants. Research backs up the ancient use of topical aloe vera as a skin treatment, at least for specific conditions. Studies have shown that aloe gel might be effective in treating skin conditions including: Dandruff, Minor burns, Skin injured by radiation, Acne and many more.
I have aloe plants in my garden. I like to use it for my hair before i go to shower or for my face especially at night before i go to sleep. i use the aloe vera that fresh from my garden to my hair sometimes but for my face i usually use the one that bought the already made one.
Do you know that aloe vera has a lot of benefits? Do you use aloe vera too?

I do. Always ready for skin burns. Like magic, the burn disappears when the aloe vera is applied.

Aloe Vera benefits is too many. I don't learn it from books or anywhere. But my wife has a huge plant of aloe Vera among her plants. Many came to ask for a piece of it. Some to treat burnt, some for face, some for stomach and goes on...... I really learnt from the neighbors.
