Bilberries / myLot

Got a message about my young friends, that they are picking bilberries, or Blueberries as we say in Sweden.. They can sell some to me! Good to have Young friends who can sell me some.. I used to pick a lot of them, but have hurt my leg, so have to buy from them.. Our berries have great Antioxidans like all berries and fruits. It is that time of the year - Later come Lingon berries.. Whar great gifts from God ????

I like to eat them raw, or frozen but one can eat them baked..

It has been better, slowly.. It is amazing that most wounds can heal God has made us so.. King David wrote Thanks to God that he has made us wondwefully..

Interesting, might be much lik ours - very healthy, like most berries!
