When you feel comfortable enough, find an English native speaker in your country. Or find someone online, I tried using the dating app, and surprisingly there are a lot of people from English-speaking countries who are willing to have a short phone call with me, you still need to be careful though. I didn’t say that I need to practice my English, I just ask for a phone call and try to make conversation, as weird as it sounds.
The ultimate goal, doing a presentation in English. Once you can do this, you will have the confidence to speak in English everywhere, with anyone.
I think speaking a foreign language is always the hardest thing to do, but nothing is impossible. I hope what I shared here can give you alternative ways to learn to speak English better.

Improving English especially when you are not a native speaker of the language is tough. It really takes time and willingness to learn to further communication skills.

What kind of presentation are you thinking of doing? Your English is very good, and I think you are good to go.
