I am very disappointed...cannot prepare the dish I had in mind

So I boiled the milk at 11.30 am and added curds to it to get thick curds that is not sour for my today's preparation. I was to place it in fridge by 5.30 pm, and start preparing by 6.30 pm. By 7.30, the drama would be over.
I had reduced the milk's volume to get thicker curds.
At 5.30 pm I went to place it in fridge and ..well, dad had placed it in around 2.30 pm thinking it was ready. It is not. Now I don't know what its status will be.
But I really hate it when my parent does things like this. He kills the enthusiasm in me. It is almost as if he is getting a perverted pleasure in it.
I don't like men. Seriously...they are very interfering lot.
This was the recipe...and I cannot start because the curds is required right at the beginning...groan.

You are a true appreciater of vanny's cooking...why don't you ask her to keep the portion for you instead of giving it to neighbors

@vandana7 Yes. I usually don't make that because it dries out too fast.

But there is a medical store near her home...there shouldn't be any problem with that

starting over is never fun--I would like to learn to make cheeses--the soft kind--but I am an imprecise cook

@divalounger Boil milk, take vinegar...pour slowly.. wait, till some of that cheese coagulates, then again pour some more, again wait...again pour...and at the end add ice...pull it out in muslin cloth...wait for water to drain if you want it really hard. Keep in fridge. You would have to grind it, if you want it softer and fluffy.

Children will make mistakes, parents should explain things to their children without abusing them. Because parents are the real teachers of the children.
It is not right to hate anyone, boy or girl. Because we are all creators of the Creator. Absolute religion in love with all creation.

Your dad never cooked. But she is cooking as much as she can to give food to the child.
No one understands the suffering of fathers. Because the father is earning money by working tirelessly for food in the mouth of the child. The father has never eaten and is giving food to the children. Have you ever wondered how this food came about? How hard can it be for the father to bring this food?
