Mini Max who was a male mixed gray and white cat went missing from the home of his owner Margaret Kudzma six years ago in Peabody Massachusetts when Mini Max climbed through a loose window screen in August 2015.
Margaret was very sad that she felt that she would never see her cat alive again after he failed to come home.
However Margaret used the power of social media to start a not for profit group called "The Rescue Business." in Peabody.
The Rescue Business group took care of protecting and caring for homeless cats while helping caretakers.
Margaret was pleased that many cat lovers shared her goal of reuniting with her cat by placing flyers and other methods of locating her missing cat.
The bright side of her not for profit group assisted many missing cats to reunite with their owners while Mini Max was missing.
Mini Max had been living with a family in Revere Massachusetts when the family who was taking care of the cat took him to an animal hospital where the veterinarian was able to find a microchip on Mini Max.
The veterinarian then contacted Margaret to inform her the good news that Mini Max was alive and well.
Margaret was able to reunite with Mini Max after she picked him up from the VCA Wakefield Animal Hospital.
I can imagine the tears of happiness that Margaret cried reuniting with her cat. Never give up hope locating a missing cat is the lesson from this story that has a happy ending.

What a wonderful story, beautiful ending and a terrific program that Margaret set up. Mini Max is such a darling kitty. I am so happy that he is home with his Mommy.

She's lucky and so was he. Quite often cats aren't picked up by anyone. So the fact this was the case is a good thing.

@Deepizzaguy I understand that both dogs and cats have a sense of direction in my case it was a dog my dad lost his dog of so many years that he had with him and then he felt that he had abandoned him Because he stopped looking for it because he insistently could not get it and Suddenly one morning a similar dog arrived a few years later and we realized by its characteristics that it was our great friend. How good and what a joy that he returned to our home

You are right since the family cats when they leave home for a quick walk do come home after a few hours on the road.

Even though it took 6 years for her to be reunied with her cat what she did for others was a great thing and she got rewarded by be reunited with her cat. I think putting a chip in our furry ones is a very good idea. You never know if they will get lost that they can be found and reunited with their loved ones.

That's great. Lily went missing for three days and came back to me. We didn't bond until she came back home.
