2 compliments on weight loss today

The first was this morning during the 9 am liquor store run for white wine. The sales person was a former student who said "you look like you've lost so much weight". I thanked him and said yes.
The second was just a little while ago when I was talking to a new neighbor who is also a former student. We were talking about living up here on the 3rd floor and the hassle of moving everything in up here. I told her that I could do it 2.5 years ago because I was strong and fit but I couldn't do it now since I am so weak. I told her a bit about the gym I went to and what the workouts were like. I said "I used to be a badass but now I struggle getting up the stairs." She said "but you look amazing!" Ha. I don't think I do but I'll take the compliment.

Congratulations! In my case, only the jeans compliment me. I have some corduroy jeans that have begun to fit again after 4 years.

There are people who when they lose weight look excellent, everything looks spectacular, but on the contrary, there are other people who lose weight look like sick and haggard people. people do not confuse health with being in shape
