Which programs do you use when making a website and why do you use that particular program?

I use a combination of Dreamweaver, frontpage and Netobjects Fusion as I am still learning. ( self taught) For graphics I use photoshop because it has so munch functionality

I use dreamweaver for designing the visual interface of webpage. for Programmming I uses PHP language or ASP VBscrpt language. and I usually use SQL for Database Access.

for design i use photoshop cs2 it is perfect programme for wallapaers buttons, banners and simple animations.
