And I think I'm getting addicted to it becuse it makes me calm, peaceful in the inside and sleepy. This cold weather is firing up my Allergic Rhinitis.

I think antihistamines' common effect is drowsiness.

if it might be because of the effect it had on you, then you quickly see the doctor.

The antihistamines that I take are the ones prescribed by my doctor after being diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. I was also informed that this may cause drowsiness. Before, I hate taking it because it will hinder me from being active specially at daytime. But now, I kind of loving its effects on me. Maybe because I'm feeling sleepy I feel like my head is light and I'm feeling calm.
