Well the crazy hasn't moved out yet

and now she is harassing the young girl who just moved in next to me. My downstairs neighbor was outside and saw the crazy recording the girl. She was saying something about her having unusual working hours (which she doesn't) and that she called the prosecutor about her. The girl was just like "I have never seen you before in my life and I don't know what you are talking about." The downstairs neighbor rushed over and told the girl to just keep heading upstairs and to call the management office to report the situation. Then she texted me to tell me what had gone on. She came up here and we both knocked on the girl's door to make sure she was okay. She is. She did call the office which I was glad to hear. There was a moving truck taking out a bunch of her stuff last week and the guys said she was moving. Clearly that hasn't happened yet. It will be a good day when she finally gets out. She bothers several people in this building but she has never said boo to me.
