I eat about 8-10 eggs a week, I was wondering if it is healthy or over do it? I been reading so many articles from Doctors and some say it is pretty important to eat eggs almost daily and some exactly the opposite . So I am lost here, your feed back might help clearing this issue thanks

HI there! I eat 4 eggs a day cause I'm on a Low carb Diet. I fast for 14-16 hours per day and take my breakfast at noon. I'm happy because now my blood sugar and blood pressure is normal, as compared to 2 years ago. So I can say eating lots of eggs will do you more good than harm.

Every one of us have different body types according to 'ayurveda' (an alternative medicine system with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent). and it depends on our body types what food we should take and what would be beneficial for us..for a particular body type specific foods are beneficial and some are not or maybe harmful too so it would be better for us to know our body type first and then proceed to what kind of food should be taken
