What is Yellow Card?

Hello, myLot friends, I just found out that if you want to travel you need vaccination certificate or the yellow card. I'm curious on which one is better to get and many prefers the yellow card. But have any of you have the yellow card? If yes, was it like a passport? is it forever or needed renewal? Hope someone can explain better how yellow card works. I don't have one, but if its needed for the future I wish to get one. Thank you.

thank you, same, I only found out few info about the yellow card, In our country you can apply for each vaccination certificates while having the actual yellow card

I just heard that, here we use the application on the smartphone to download our certificate.

that's more convenient, since here in our country there is only application for appointment but you still need to go at the office to get the yellow card
