I like the way that Centenarian female Edith Murway-Traina has a found a way to enjoy life at age 100. Edith gained fame by becoming the oldest female who lives in Tampa Florida in the Guinness World Record by being the oldest powerlifter when he lifted 150 pounds in September 2019 when she was 98 years of age at a powerlifting competition. Edith is a type of person who does not listen to anyone who tells her that she is too old to be lifting weights for exercise since it gives motivation to prove her critics wrong. On the other side of the coin, Edith likes to hear the cheers of the crowd at competitions which gives her energy. Edith started weight lifting at age 91 when her friend Carmen Gutworth took her to a gym to start a workout. Edith competed in senior weightlifting competitions as she won many of the competitions which boosted her confidence and desire to have weight lifting her way to stay in good condition. One way that Edith does not look her age is that like myself, she likes to laugh and good natured ribbing. Edith who celebrated her 100 years of life is a great-great grandmother who has been married twice since her former husbands have passed away is living by herself enjoying her new weight lifting hobby.
