It's not going as planned

I'm planning to get pregnancy preventive shot for the female cats. I went to the vet yesterday for pills but they don't have pills. The vet told me to make an appointment for the shot. So I kept calling them all morning today. No one answered the call.
I can't go without appointment but I can't make an appointment. What am I supposed to do then? We only have one vet in the town.
Luckily it's not emergency or I would just go, with appointment or not. Wonder what happen that they're not picking up my call. Maybe they're too busy.

Or, the poor vet thinks you like him and he's scared of you... I don't know that's true... I just wonder if it's true. Have you scared the poor man at some time?

@DaddyEvil I hope so too. It's a bit worrying considering the current situation.

@prinzcy Yeah, it does seem odd that he'd tell you to call and make an appointment but not answer the phone so you can make it. I hope everything is okay and he's just super busy.

@prinzcy These phones are a nuisance sometimes as it is possible there could be a glitch Why don't you sms them?

I think that they are overloaded with patients.

@prinzcy It is happening with me since my doctors are busy with their workloads and not enough nurses to assist them.

I think it's better to call them again or reach out to their facebook page/web page if there is any. Here, they do not cater you if you do not have an appointment if it's for spaying or neutering but everyday we can avail for vaccination to animals even if without appointment.

I think you should wait for them to confirm if they have open slots for appointment. How is the restrictions in your area?
