Hello myLot friends, How are you all? Hope everything is good at your end. Today, I would like to share my RICE IN A BOWL Meal. We have day old rice so I decide to make it into a fried rice then we have still a bit beef cubes so I marinated it and sauté it with butter and garlic. Turns out lovely and delicious It's literally a complete meal for lunch or dinner. What I love about friend rice is that you can literally add everything there and just put small effort for the toppings Hope everyone had a great meal too! Photo: MINE
