We all have involuntary responses. Eye blinking for example.
If you mean actions associated with thought then yes we actually do. Some actions have to be made very quickly, example being to avoid an accident. This is normally referred to as reflex, yet a decision had to be made and made quickly.
If you mean actions according to a daily plan, then the answer would have to be no. We can only control ourselves not any other. Their control may interfere with our preplanned choices.

no, i dont have ful control of it cause if i had i'd be happy by now. most of our decision are influence by others like the people that surrounds us, the norm, the law, and also the situation itself.

It is actually the only thing that you can control. I believe so. Maybe there are times when we act so stupidly but if given the right perspective of things we actually have full control of what we are given (life that is!) May it be good or bad!
