Coffee or Tea

Hi dear mylotters. It's 9 AM here. I just finished my breakfast. I had two small apples, wheat bread toast with almond butter spread which ma bought online last month. I also had coffee….for the first time!  It was a Nescafe sachet. Since no one in my house drinks coffee, I only managed a sachet. Certainly I had to add lots of sugar and whole milk to get the sweet taste, but it was worth it.  I usually drink tea with honey. So, the coffee was very delicious as I broke the monotony. But I won't drink it everyday since it's not so good for health if consumed too much. And once I get addicted to something, it's hard to avoid the addiction.  So guys, do you drink tea or coffee as a daily beverage? And which one do you like more? P. S.- Picture from Pinterest and then collage from phone gallery.

It's name is pintola [please don't laugh]. Ma bought it from Tata 1mg. It comes under healthy food items but not that healthy you know. Besides it is more expensive than peanut butter. We bought 2, in which 1 bottle is finished. We won't buy it anymore. But the taste is good. Is your migraine better now? Than what do you consume as an every day drink?

I do not drink either of them. But when someone offers it them to me for company, I do not deny it. In this lockdown, my husband is working from home and he offers me ginger and tulsi tea every evening and I take it. More for increasing immunity in this pandemic

Coffee can be good for your health... if you didn't add sugar to it. I never did like drinking it black. The only way I drink coffee now is as a cappuccino, which isn't good for me, so I don't drink it often. I also used to drink tea but I'm not supposed to have sugar now and I don't like tea without sugar. *shrug*

You can try some honey in your black tea. And coffee without milk and sugar will be torture to me. Don't know how other people can handle. I never had cappuccino. Is it very tasty?

I drink tea every morning with some biscuits. It's sometimes with milk and sometimes green tea without milk. I like coffee but avoid it as it disturbs my sleep cycle.
