Potato Chip Clusters are salty candy clusters made with white chocolate, potato chips, and walnuts.
Here is the recipe:
12 ounces white chocolate (or dark chocolate)
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
4 cups ridged potato chips, crushed
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Microwave chocolate in 30 second increments and stir between each time until fully melted.
Add the walnuts and chips, folding them in until well combined.
Use a 2 tablespoon scoop measure and scoop them onto a baking sheet.
Let clusters completely harden before eating (you can place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or let them cool at room temperature for 1 hour).
My sister used to make these a lot and everyone enjoyed them. Easy and delicious. Another treat to share.

I haven't tried them but they sound pretty good. Have you ever tried them with milk chocolate out of curiousity?

That sounds amazing! I'm trying to cut back on chips, but I've got to try this.

I did the same thing. I like white chocolate, but since I have milk chocolate, I might try that.

@1creekgirl It should be nice whatever type of chocolate you use.

Those would appeal to me a lot. Have you ever had chocolate dipped potato chips? They are good too.

I have seen potato chips dipped in milk chocolate (and they were delicious) but never like this. Sadly potato chips aren't on my diet anymore!

@CarolDM Well sounds good minus the nuts. Although mixing peanut butter and chocolate and then dipping them sounds nice

This is something interesting but I think I don't want something sweet with the potatoes. We don't have walnuts here but I think they are good

I would eat each of the 3 ingredients before I got the parchment paper on the baking sheet!!

Carol, I just made these...I only had about 1/4 bag of white chips and it's a good thing I didn't make a whole recipe. It was amazing! Even my husband really, really loved them and he seldom loves anything, lol!

@CarolDM Honestly, I've never seen my husband like a candy so much. I've just made some using chocolate chips, pecans, and some rice krispies, so we'll see!

Very delicious. When younger, food not a worry, but now being a Senior, I can remember it, especially nearing blood draw for doctor time nears.
