So yesterday, I tendered my resignation letter. The effectivity will be in 30 days. Can't wait for the day that I have to leave this environment and work on my life anew. Plans are set and I'm working on my self development goals already. 29 days left....

It's good that you gave them 30 days to look for replacement. Some would just took off, leaving the team fending for themselves.
