Just made some banging chicken francese

My appetite has been insane for the past 2 years. What I want one day I can't imagine eating the next day. I've been off chicken for a long time but I started craving chicken francese (egg-battered chicken breasts topped with a lemon white wine sauce) several days ago.
I finally got the chicken yesterday so it was game on today. I think it was probably my best batch ever! The chicken was coated and cooked perfectly and the lemon wine sauce was outrageous. I had it over a bit of jasmine rice and it was such a great little meal.
I have 2 more pieces with sauce and rice ready to go in the fridge. I'll have another one tonight for dinner. Yum!
