Workout Time?

I guess that I should go get a work out in today. I need to get back to doing that consistently.
I will probably just do some dancing.
I saw a drop on the scale (will share how much later) and so I want that to continue.
I did not do low carb earlier, but will not try to overdo the carbs.
Have you worked out today, or will you?

i found for me that working out (walking I know you can't physically) is better. with the GCM i see results right away also and that helps a lot!

I am sure that would help a lot with that too....hopefully sometime my doctor will work with me on getting one.

@DocAndersen Well I told him that I wanted one; he said he'd look into it. No word. Dealing with insurance would be a pain too

I do jogging and cycling 3 days a week. I want to keep my leg strong because this pandemic made me lazier than usual hehe

I'm doing HIIT because it will burn more calories and I enjoyed it.
