With pizza that is a weird combo. I wet corn any time of the year it’s good all year around. Boil it no I tend to back it or grill it. If it’s in a can I’ll heat it up on the stove or microwave and add some salt and butter or certain seasonings

I love it. Unfortunately, due to irritable bowel syndrome, I can’t eat corn any longer.

@dya80dya — it depends on what part of it is acting up. Right now I’m on a low FODMAP diet (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols) because my gut is acting up in a different way. I can’t believe how quickly that diet helps! Anyway, peanuts are another no-no. I never have figured out how my gut knows I’m eating peanuts or some other nut when I chew them into oblivion….still hurts. I also eliminate soft drinks when it’s acting up. And dairy. That’s a major pain in the gut.
Then there are the food allergies (pork, seafood [no big deal because I don’t like seafood]) pretty much keep me eating chicken all the time. Oh, well. I like chicken.
