I haven't worked out in a while. I'm not even sure why we stopped but we did and I am feeling it.
I decided today to get back to it. It was a small one and I think that's all I'll be doing for a bit.
The goal target is supposedly going to be October 1st. It's going to take me about a month and a half.
It's just my first goal so fingers crossed for this small step.
I also started the push up challenge over again. For the beginner day one is only three push ups.
I'm definitely a beginner, just getting some arm strength in. Three was surprisingly easy for me today as I did them before the small work out.

Keep up the good work and don't stop! :D
Sure it's gonna hurt here and there. But once you stop, like, "Ah, I'm just gonna take one day break." It's more likely that you won't continue the next day. So just enjoy the pain and keep going!

Keep up with the exercise but it may be tiring because you have stopped for a while. For starting again you will get little fatiguness.
