Gambling..

I'm a compulsive gambler..
It really is starting to ruin my life and relationships. When I run out of money, I think to myself "I'll never do that again", and then when I get paid I invariably find myself repeating the pattern.
It truly is an addiction.
Does anyone have any good advice? Has anyone tried using counselling etc?
Please tell me about your experiences and how you think I can beat this addiction once and for all.

Where do you gable at? If you go to a casino, then the next time you are there, ask to speak to a security agent. Ask them if they have an exclusion policy, and if so, do they also offer a state wide exclusion policy. In Illinois they offer both types, and after filling out the paperwork, if you are found on the property again, you can be arrested for tresspassing, and any winnings that you have at the time, will be donated to a charity of your choosing.
